Ng Say Eng
Founder
Say Eng founded Gracezone in 1996 and is currently Gracezone’s Managing Director pursuing and promoting its collaborative manufacturing initiatives and strategies amongst global customers and manufacturers in Asia. Say Eng’s career began in 1970 as an Apprentice Aircraft Maintenance Engineer in Singapore Airlines (SIA) to which he was awarded an SIA scholarship to study at The Imperial College in London, graduating in 1979 with 1st class honours in Mechanical Engineering. In 1993 and after 23 years in SIA, Say Eng left to invest in various start-up companies and served as a Resident Technology and Marketing Consultant for two manufacturing companies in China and Malaysia prior to founding Gracezone.
Kevin Ong
Managing Director
Kevin has been with Gracezone since 2002 and is currently Gracezone’s Deputy Managing Director overseeing the development and implementation of the company’s strategic plans and operations. Kevin graduated from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore in 1993 with a Bachelors in Electronic and Electrical Engineering. Prior to joining Gracezone, Kevin was with American chemicals giant Du Pont for 7.5 years in sales and operations under numerous capacities focusing on electronic and semiconductor products and materials.
Alfred Low
General Manager
Alfred has been with Gracezone since 2004 and is currently Gracezone’s General Manager managing the company’s manufacturing and operational initiatives in China. Alfred graduated from The University of Western Sydney with a Degree in Business Administration and also holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to joining Gracezone, Alfred was with the world’s largest computer storage manufacturer Seagate Technologies for 18 years managing the company’s printed circuit board operations in Singapore as its Senior Operations Manager.
Carol Lam
Materials Manager
Carol has been with Gracezone since 2002 and is currently Gracezone’s Materials Manager leading the supply chain operations in Gracezone focusing on the management of up and downstream flow of material and final goods amongst its stakeholders. Carol holds a Bachelors in Business Administration, a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and is also a certified Production and Inventory Management specialist. Prior to joining Gracezone, Carol was with German IT services company Wincor Nixdorf for 6 years.
James Hee
R&D Manager
James has been with Gracezone since 2007 and is currently Gracezone’s R&D Manager leading the company’s creation and retention of technological know-how and ensuring the smooth transfer of technological knowledge to other stakeholders involved in innovation. James holds a Masters in Science specialising in Embedded Systems from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and a Bachelor’s in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology, UK. James has extensive experience in electronic circuit design and product development in consumer electronics, computer and multimedia peripherals.
